Origin
When Errinundera moved to Forest, the founder, Devdan, had already faded away. A fragment of the World Factbook Entry is remembered from that time:
- "The Region of Forest is rich with wildlife of all shapes and sizes and is completely covered by a large forest."
Errinundera became UN delegate on 3 May 2006 and was able to re-activate regional control.
Another nation that has faded away since Errinundera re-activated regional control was The Free Land of Hope in Nature. It had a motto appropriate for the region, "Without nature, we are nothing".
Influence
Regional power is low.
There are currently 9 nations active in the region (in order of regional power):
- The Cool Temperate Rainforest of Errinundera - superpower
- The Kingdom of Karock - superpower
- The Holy Republic of Light in NationStates - eminence grise
- The Commonwealth of Eungella - dealmaker
- The Disputed Territories of Siberian Taiga - auxiliary

- The Great Works of Carboni - handshaker (had been a power but left the region for a time)
