Foriegn, also pronounced "For'n", "Fo'hn", or "Ick!", is the way the people of The Not-So-Grand Dutchy of Raging Penguins separate people with dissimilar cultural aspects from themselves, their neighbors, and countries with similar cultures as themselves. This usage of the word has caused much confusion to visiting delegates of other nations, and the international community in general.

"Foreign" people are easily distinguished by several physical characteristics; They often wear dirty bathrobes(basic robes), have towels on their heads(turbans, or similar headwear), and smell of garlic(this comes from the stereotype of arabic merchants, who often smell of the spices they sell and the typically garlic-seasoned food they eat and sell). However, the term Foriegner is not limited to people of arabic appearance. The people of certain Pacific nations, particularily those of the tropical islands, are considered a bad type of Foriegner. These people may occasionally dress up in traditional reed outfits, wear colored mud paints on their faces, or have bone noce-peircings. As such, they are considered "For'n" or "Ick!".

Also, many peoples, especially those of particularily short stature, are considered Foriegn and Exotic. They have become collectibles in Raging Penguins as well as other culturally intolerant nations.
