Forze Armate di Nasuti

The Forze Armate di Nasuti (FAN, Military Forces of Nauti) include all military of the Princedom and are lead by Comandante Supremo capo delle Forze Armate (CSFA, Supreme Commandant chief of the Military Forces) William Adama, chosen from Prince Nicola II when it governed and maintained in service from Prince Cristian I for military merits. the Supreme Commandant has a partial autonomy but obeys directly to the Prince.

An esteem (the number is not precise for the secret composition of some special departments) attributes to the FAN as regular fighting enlisted and trained 0.25% of population.

The Constitution and the moral of Nasuti expects the use of the FAN only for defend the Nation and its allies, but refuses the use of the force like tool of aggression and submission.

FAN composition

The FAN include:

- Esercito di Terra (ET, Land Army), the land-based armed forces of the Princedom,

- Marina Militare (MM, Military Marine), the sea-based armed forces of the Princedom,

- Aeronautica e Aerospazio (AA, Air and Aerospace Force), the air/space-based armed forces of the Princedom

- Krypteia - Forze Speciali, the special force of the Princedom

The big unit of FAN is the Legio (Legion); the FAN is divided in 30 legions:

- 10 legions of ET, I-X Legio: Leo, Ursus, Lupus, Taurus, Bison, Elephantus, Aspis, Tigris, Panthera, Equus.

- 10 legions of MM, XI-XX Legio: Selachi, Fulguru, Manta, Sphyraenida, Delphinus, Octopus, Nautilus, Medusa, Caronte, Nemo.

- 10 legions of AA, XXI - XXX Legio: Aquila, Accipiter, Milvus, Bubo, Draco, Vultur, Corvus, Merula, Enterprise, Von Braun.

Each Legio is divided into 10 Coorti (Cohortes).

Each Coorte (Cohort) consisting of 100 Centurie (Centuries).

Each Centuria (Century) consisting by 50 to 1000 soldiers.

Composition of Krypteia is different, and is secret.

Corpi di Riserva per la Difesa della Patria

Every citizen after 20th birthday is submitted annually to a period of 20 days of training that give back it in the Corpi di Riserva per la Difesa della Patria (CRDP, Reserve Corps for the Defence of the Homeland).

Generally CRDP is not employed in actions of fight, but can be employed, if the threats of war is the country, on defence of civilians that cannot defend themselves (children, elderly, sick, etc.). Besides the obligatory training supplies to every citizen the indispensable capacity of self-defence in case of danger.

Legioni dei Riservisti (Militia)

The most expert voluntarily of CRDP are framed in the Legioni dei Riservisti (Reservist's Legions) also called Militia. The Lead is the same of the Legions.

Militia is employed for actions of fight if the conflicts are on the national territory, but also can be employed, in case of necessity, in foreign conflicts.

From Militia can get all of the Legions, choosing the adequate components. Milita is subordinated to the military hierarchies of the Military Forces and its components are only the rank of simple soldiers.
