Freetopia was founded after Totalitarianity, Sweedum and Plaga Proteus left the Arctic for a change in leadership. Since then the region has enacted several changes to its constitution, and made a website.
Freetopia now describes itself as an anarchy, and has the following rules:
-No governments
-Anyone can call a vote
-Everyone has equal power
-No clone nation voting
-Obey all the rules

Founder: The Happy Hippies of Totalitarianity

Freetopia contains 15 nations.
(It should be noted that the aforementioned delegate & founder hold no power in leadership of Freetopia for it is an Anarchy)
