A 100 Galac Bill
</div>

The Galac is the basis of the currencies used in the Four Worlds of Kajal, Kajal Mars, and Aelera. 200 Faro(₫) comprise one Galac(₪).

Coinage is issued in 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 Faro, and 1 Galac. Bills are issued in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 Galacs. Embedded within each bill is an incredibly small microchip, which is used to track where a bill is used for payment. Due to the integration of this chip (which is visible under high magnification as a small dot), bills are not themselves inscribed with serial numbers. As the government registers each bill during minting, any counterfeit bills will not register at all, and thusly be refused, or, if the counterfeit is one of the few that contain similar microchips, the bill is flagged electronically, and a vendor instructed to scan the bill with government issued confirmation devices, which attempts to verify the bill's validity through a quick compositional analysis. The process of creating the microchip imprints the materials itself with a slight subspace signature, which to date, has been impossible to fraudulently duplicate.

The majority of currency transfers today in Kajal and Kajal Mars are electronic - Aelera has the necessary technology to facilitate electronic transfers, but still widely uses the physical coinage and bills.

The three letter abbreviation of a Standard Galac is SGC, replacing the old GAC abbreviation. Aeleran Galacs are abbreviated AGC, and Kajali Galacs KGC. Kajal Mars now uses the Kajal Mars Credit (KMC), though the currency is otherwise identical in denominations to the other variations of Galacs.

The symbol for the Galac is ₪.
