Geography
Terrain Gataway is a small nation yet has a very diverse landscape with high mountains dominating the eastern part of the country plains and scattered patches of forests are found in the central portion of the country and gently rolling coastal hills lie on the west bordering the sea. Gataway's new frontier lands in the north consist of vast barren wastes following deforestation by the growing mining industry as well as long streches of steep mountains by contrast the frontier lands of the south consist of rich fertile grass lands criss-crossed by winding rivers and shallow valleys as well as pristine white sand beaches all along the south western coast
Climate The northern territory experiances dust storms regularly while in the more mountainous regions freezing temperatures and frequent snow fall the central and southern territory enjoy a very temperate climate with no severe temperature changes from summer season to winter and recieve regular rainfall the coastal areas experiance a stable sub tropic temperature year round
Natural Resources Gataways natural resources include ( Colony resources included) Uranium,Coal,Timber,Rubber,Copper,Tuna,Cod,Crab,Gold,Oil
Land Use Within Gataway's original boundries much of the land is devoted to agricultural development but is slowly changing as cities expand into the rural country side While in the northern territories the land has been stripped bare to make way for growing mining operations, oil drilling, as well as the construction of manufacturing plants. The southern territories are also largely devoted to agricultural development while there is limited oil drilling off the south western coast
Neighboring Nations Gataway shares its natural sovereign borders with its two recently conquered colony states of Asgradia and Silvasnia this pushes Gataway's frontier borders outwards towards currently uncharted lands and is bordered by the Asgatian sea in the west
