General Jarius Naxel is the leader of Jagonia and its colonies. He seized power during the rule of the Republic, when Jakobius Tæylür and Jakobius Blâth were the consuls. Since then he has ruled with an iron fist, ensuring that everything is the way he wants it. During his rule, crime has ceased to exist, probably due to his almost 1984 Orwellian styles of keeping tabs on the people. 50% of the population is employed in Law & Order and capital punishment is the sentence for all crimes. Though his methods appear to be succeeding, his techniques have taken a huge toll on his popularity, and some believe that there is little time until a full-scale revolution.
