Overview
Jagonia is a small, but still growing, nation situated in the sparsely populated region of Illuria. It is both the founder and UN Delegate for the region. Jagonia is governed by a dictatorship government, headed by General Jarius Naxel, who is also the commander of the national military. It has no religion.
Jagonia spends the majority of its income on law and order and its military and defence, with the remainder being spent on education.
Geography of Jagonia
Jagonia has a temperate climate, with four seasons, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, and an average temperature of 25° Celsius in the Summer and 8° Celsius in the Winter. Jagonia is divided into 3 main provinces: Berath, the heartland of Jagonia which contains its capital Berathica, Näussland, the northern, mountainous province, and Albuzen, which is the largest province of the three and is mainly fields and woodlands. Jagonia is not very settled, with only a few major settlements but many smaller towns and villages. Jagonia has a large mountain range, the Näussranger, which covers the majority of the Näussland province. The long, meandering river Nören, which has its source in the Näussranger mountains and flows down to the Ländi Sea, which borders on Albuzen, is the main waterway of the nation. Jagonia has several natural mineral deposits, in particular deposits of iron, lead and silver. It also has some deposits of oil and uranium. History of Jagonia
Overview
Jagonia was originally founded as a union of various clans and tribes. This union evolved into one state, whose territory encompassed present day Berath and parts of Albuzen. In the beginning, Jagonia was a monarchy, controlled by various kings in one royal line, a system of government that had grown from the previous tribal ruling system of chieftains. However, in 98 IE (Illurian Era), King Nahkël IV declared the nation of Jagonia (which by this time encompassed all of Berath, Albuzen and a small part of Näussland) a Republic. This form of Republic worked in a similar way to the Roman Repulic, with two consuls governing the nation, being aided and elected by senators. This system prospered and carried on for hundreds of years, until 786 IE. This was during the government of two of the arguably greatest consuls in the history of Jagonia: Jakobius Tæylür and Jakobius Blâth. Their leadership led Jagonia to a Golden Age, during which the remainder of Näussland was conquered. However some opposed them. General Jarius Naxel, the leader of Jagonia's military, led an armed Revolution against the Senate. With the aid of the military, Naxel seized power and established a dictatorship, ruling Jagonia with an iron fist to the present day.
A major event in Jagonian history was the conquest of Brunnhildem and Jewellia. These two states were captured by Jagonia's armies in 512 IE and 627 IE respectively, and have remained as colonies since.

Economy of Jagonia
Jagonia's economy is generally regarded as strong. The majority of its exports are natural mineral deposits, such as its large silver reserves. Its small, yet valuable, deposits of oil and uranium are also highly sought after. Jagonia also reaps huge amounts of money from its colonies, Jewellia and Brunnhildem, who export mainly precious stones and raw mineral resources respectively.
In Jagonia, there are two minerals that cannot be found elsewhere: öbzals, an extremely dense rock, and schīldent, a very light and durable metal. Since these are exclusive to Jagonia, a lot of money is earned through exporting them.
The key industry in Jagonia is Arms Manufacture. Übermann & Lechh manufacture extremely high quality arms, used by the Jagonian military and several others in Illuria.
