The GoldenEye Program is a project that was started by the Government of Shinaria. Altough initialy a defense project, it is also researched on the possibilities as an offensive weapon. The GoldenEye is a highly advanced satellite capable of detonating an Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP) in space above a target area. When detonated, the EMP destroys all circuitry on land in a wide area.
