Gout is a small city in the region of Wareton bordering Gout County. It is the location of Gout State University which focuses on the Social Sciences.
The political control changes between the Neudegg Treu und Wahr Social Democratic Party and the Neudegg Liberal Party, its 5 Parliamentary seats are often very close results with the largest majority of any of the seats at the moment being only 1,411 in Tiuo Central hold by the Neudegg Liberal Party.
