The Kingdom of Hell spider is a small and devout nation.

Overview
The kingdom was started long ago. During that time they were only small territories waring against each other. Then on a dark night a new power rose, a warrior with the skill and intelligence to rule. It began with the assassination of one of the weaker warlords, skip a couple decades and now you see a massive country ruled under one being.
Capital
The capital is unique in the fact that it's built on the side of a mountain (think of it as Minas Tirith off of LOTR). Making it a very easy defend-able position in case of attack. It's name is unintelligible in any language but it is commonly refer to as The Black Citadel. Because of the position on the dry side of the mountain, it makes all land around it a barren wasteland devoid of almost all life.
Language
The language is called Vadirock (for what seems to be no apparent reason to outsiders) which is basically a variety of hisses that when used in a variety of ways will create simple sentences. The only way that they can converse with other races is that they attach translators to there mouth and ears.
Military
The military for this kingdom is simple (just think of futuristic bug-like spartans) when there born there taught to fight. Every true member of the kingdom (and I stress the word every) can fight to defend himself. The army can be (and sometimes is) one the most feared armies ever wrought upon this earth. When allied with groups of nations they usually try to be the police state(putting it simply if theres a war send us in)usually capable of putting down uprisings within a couple days. Due to the part that the army is drilled in every tact from stealth to out right barbaric.
Economy
Hell Spider's economy is unique in the fact that there are no real jobs. The only reason they still exist is the fact that they join alliances as a military country so they can be defended (if necessary). They keep this up until they learn enough of the region so that they can start consuming it little by little.
