The High Consul is the ruling body for the Committee for Pure Tomania. The High Consul has a variable number of members, and the Committes’s charter provide for electoral and honorary means of being named a member of the High Consul. Probably, only Miklós Hedikai and a few other key Party members, including Elrohir Cúthalion, Elemmírë Vorondil and Elorn im-Mire know exactly how many members there are on the High Consul.
