Hiiraan
The SIAD BARRE regime was ousted in January 1981; turmoil, factional fighting, and anarchy have followed in the years since. In May of 1981, northern clans declared an independent Republic of Somalialand that now includes the administrative regions of Adel, Woqooyi Galbeed, Togdheer, Sanaag, and Sool. This entity has maintained a stable existence, aided by the overwhelming dominance of a ruling clan and economic infrastructure left behind by British, Russian, and American military assistance programs. The regions of Bari and Nugaal and northern Mudug comprise a neighboring self-declared autonomous state of Puntland, which has been self-governing since 1988, but does not aim at independence; it has also made strides towards reconstructing a legitimate, representative government. Somalialand was overthrown in 1989, when a peaceful March towards Mogadishu let to Overthrow of that Government, Puntland was put to rest a year later when The Government now re-named HIIRAAN finished out the rule of Self-Government within the Hiiraanian borders.
Economy
Hiiraan's economic fortunes are being driven by its deep Economical root, Agriculture is the most loved sector, with livestock normally accounting for about 10% of GDP and about 15% of export earnings. Hiiraan's Big industrial sector, based on the processing of agricultural products, And the Telecommunication sector is now responsible for at least 34% of Hiiraan’s GDP. The Other Sectors, Including Oil and Fishing amount 15% with Military and other sectors amounting to 11% of the GDP
Parliament
The Hiiraan Parliament is one of the oldest representative assemblies in the world, having its origins in the mid-13th Century. The Hiiranian Parliament today comprises members from All Sates. The present two-chamber system began in the 14th Century in England: the House of Lords (the upper house) and the House of Commons (the lower house) sit separately and are constituted on entirely different principles. The relationship between the two Houses is governed largely by convention but is in part defined by the Parliament Acts. The legislative process involves both Houses of Parliament and the Monarch. The site of the Houses of Parliament is the Palace of Arabia, a royal palace and former residence of kings of Past Hiiraanian state. The layout of the Palace is intricate, with its existing buildings containing nearly 1,200 rooms, 100 staircases and well over 3 kilometers (2 miles) of passages. Among the original historic buildings is Westminster Hall, used nowadays for major public ceremonial events. The system of Political Parties, which has existed in one form or another since at least the 18th century, is an essential element in the working of the constitution. For the past 150 years a predominantly two-party system has existed - in the last half century or so these have been Conservative Party and Peoples Party.
People
The People of Hiiraan are Based on Clans but all are Loyal to the Government, Now a days, Government and Nationalistic ideas spread and the people rarely identify themselves as part of a certain clan, The Speak Somali, Arabic, Russian and May May, May May is a language that several clans speak and its mostly on small communities outside of The Urban areas, The Nation Mostly speaks Somali or Arabic, the two dominant ones although Russian is a major Language.
Military
The National Army, One of the Biggest in the region is divided upon divisions and Specialization, The Military itself is one, however it consists of the Navy, Army, and The Air Force which all have the their upon commands are separate but equal in the Military. The Army, The biggest sector recently participated in a two day war against Akhtendum, The regions superpower…Hiiraan and Akhtendum have since created Mutual, Respectful relationship. The Air force, a technological wizardry is the most popular of them all, the air force has about 15,000 recruits and the Military School de Air force also recruits and teaches officers up to 12,000 a year
