Hoot Bay, capital of Hook Province, is a bustling city of 12.4 million people. It boasts a large port, and the HQ of Franberrian Military Arms a large weapons manufacturer with its largest factory and office complex on the outskirts of the city, it also has an office building downtown, which serves as its HQ. Hoot Bay has a large tourist resort on its spledid beaches, which have been voted Franberry's beats beaches for the 9th year in a row.
