The Ganondorf Dictatorship of Hyrule-Termina also referred to in short Hyrule-Termina is a large and powerful nation led by King Ganondorf Dragmire. He has been the leader since he took over Hyrule in 1889. While Ganondorf is known for causing the deaths of millions and leading the nation as he pleases, the nation has improved technologically like the Western nations such as America. The nation has a strong economy due to the fact that the government tells people what to buy to keep the economy strong. The nation is also known for its very large and powerful army with compulsory service required of all men ages 10-25. People have very few civil rights and there are no Political freedoms in Hyrule-Termina, there is only one political party the Ganon Party.

King Ganondorf Dragmire

Ganondorf Dragmire was born on September 21, 1737. On September 21, 2007 King Ganondorf will be turning 270 years old. He is currently the oldest living person on the Earth. The reason he has been able to live so long is because he has the Triforce of Power and as long as he has it he will continue to live. Ganondorf was born into the Gerudo tribe. They are mostly all female with very few men. This is because a male Gerudo is usually born every 100 years. Ganondorf's father was born sometime in 1637 and died on May 12, 1738. The average life span of a male Gerudo is around 100 years. Ganondorf is the first Gerudo to ever live past 102 years old. It is beleived the King has over 30 daughters will multiple women. Ganondorf has never been married and most likely never will be. When Ganondorf turned 16 he became the King of the Gerudo people. His mother was leader of the Gerudo from May 12, 1738 until September 21, 1753. Under Ganondorf's rule the Gerudo became a very powerful tribe. By 1772 Ganondorf and the Gerudo declared war on Hyrule in hope to overthrow the Hyrulian Royal Family from power. Ganondorf has the ability to escape any prison he has ever been put in.

Geography

Hyrule-Termina is a fairly large nation in the Great Sea. To the east of Hyrule-Termina there is the Hyrulian Sea and also to the east is The Kingdom of New Hyrule. Hyrule-Termina is completely surrounded by ocean on all sides and to the North is a secret Government Island known as the Forsaken Fortress.

Terrain

The terrain of Hyrule-Termina is extremely varied. To the west there is the large Gerudo Desert. To the south there is the Kokiri Forest which has gradually decreased in size over the years. In the center of country there are large plains commonly known as Hyrule Field. Northeast of Ganondorf City there is the Death Mountain range which is still an active volcano to this day. 200 Miles North of Ganondorf City is what was known as Termina's Southern Swamp when Termina was an independent nation. Although the swamp has been filled in mostly to build cities. In Northern Hyrule-Termina there is the Snowhead Mountains which are the tallest mountains in all of Hyrule-Termina.

Climate

Western Hyrule-Termina is much hotter than the rest of the nation and is largely made up of the Gerudo Desert. Average temperature during the summer months of the Gerudo Desert is 110-120 degrees fareignheight. Southern Hyrule-Termina has a climate similar to that of the Northeastern United States, with warm summers and cold winters with moderate snowfall. The Average summer temperature in Southern Hyrule-Termina is 80 degrees.

History

The Ganondorf Dictatorship of Hyrule-Termina originally began with only Hyrule after the King of Gerudos Ganondorf Dragmire took control of Hyrule. Originally Ganondorf Dragmire had been imprisoned in the Sacred Realm after the Hero of Time Link defeated him in 1789. By 1876 Ganondorf had escaped the Sacred Realm due to the fact he still had the Triforce of Power. When he escaped he went back to his stronghold in Gerudo Province and regained support of his followers. Without the great hero to worry about Ganondorf could build up his army with hopes to once again overthrow the Hyrule Royal Family. Hyrule was going through a period of prosperity and didn't see the need to have a large army and few had known of Ganondorf's escape.

Wars

The Imprisoning War 1772-1789

This period of time was Ganondorf's initial rise to power. The war began in 1772 with the Gerudo's attacking Hyrule. Ganondorf's army had destroyed many villages throughout Hyrule killing thousands of innocent people. In one village Ganondorf had gone to a farm to get a horse and when the rancher refused to give Ganondorf his finest steed Ganondorf killed the man. He also severely wounded the man's wife. The couple had a son who was just one week old. The mother brought her boy to the Great Deku tree to save him. She died within 3 days. This boy would grow up to become the Hero of Time. The war initially was from 1772-1782. It had ended briefly in 1782 when Ganondorf signed a peace treaty with the King and pledge allegiance to the King of Hyrule. But in late 1782 the young boy from the forest opened the Door of Time which gave Ganondorf access to the Sacred Realm. Ganondorf got his ultimate wish and conquered Hyrule in the beginning of 1783. From Ganondorf's rise to power in 1783-1789 the war had calmed down. But in November 1789 the young boy now 17 years old had faced many trials against King Ganondorf's followers went on to bring Ganondorf down. With the help of the 7 awakenened sages Link gained access to Ganon's tower to ultimately remove him from power. After a long battle Link defeated King Ganondorf and freed Princess Zelda from the clutches of evil. But with Ganondorf's last breath he tried to collapse the tower on Link, Zelda and himself. Link and Zelda had escaped alive with high hopes that Hyrule would be freed from evil. But Ganondorf with his last breath of power transformed into the demonic beast known as Ganon. After a hard long battle Link destroyed the beast and the 7 sages sent Ganondorf back to the Dark world for him to hopefully remain forever.

The Great War 1877-1889

Hyrulian Revolution 1972

In August 1972 there was an uprising with an army of Hylians who called themselves the People's Liberation Army. They had hoped to regain control of Hyrule-Termina. Initially they found success in their efforts to destroy King Ganondorf's army. They had killed over 1 million of his troops. But then Ganon used biological weapons on the People's Liberation Army which sent their casualties over 1.5 million. The remaining 200,000 troops gave up on January 4, 1973. They were all imprisoned with life sentences for treason.

Government

Politics

Hyrule-Termina used to be two indenpent nations. There was The Kindom of Hyrule led by the Hyrulian Royal Family from the creation of Hyrule until Ganondorf Dragmire first took control of Hyrule in 1782. In 1789 the Royal Family regained control of the Hyrulian government after Ganondorf was banished to the Sacred Realm. Termina was a country made up of many smaller governments with no real central government leading over everybody. In 1889 Ganondorf once again took control of the Hyrulian Government. In 1893 Ganondorf invaded Termina and made it apart of Hyrule thus creating Hyrule-Termina on September 13, 1893. The government of Hyrule-Termina is a dictatorship where King Ganondorf Dragmire has complete control of every aspect of the nation's government. King Ganondorf wrote a constitution which went into effect on January 1, 1894.

While Hyrule had always been a one party government led by the Royal Family of Hyrule, since Ganondorf Dragmire took power there is still only one party but it is the Ganon Party. It is against Hyrule-Termina law to form any party other than the Ganon party. And anybody who is opposed to the party is usually imprisoned. Since 1889 many other parties against Ganondorf have tried to form but all have been abolished. In 2003 a group known as "Citizen's for a Better Hyrule Future" tried to start a revolution against the Ganon party but failed as all were killed or jailed.

Effective on January 1, 2007 King Ganon abolished the old 3 branches of government. It was felt by the king there was no need for them as he has total control anyways. King Ganon also removed everybody else from the government. He now has total control of each province and city, town, and village. In early 2006 there was much corruption in the government internally. Many of Ganondorf's appointees had been plotting to assassinate him and take control of Hyrule-Termina. On January 1, 2007 the king sent out Executive Order 6438 which was for the arrest of every member of the Hyrule-Termina government.

Hyrule-Termina is an Autocratic-Dictatorship and has been that way 118 years.

Military =

Hyrule-Termina has a very large military as it is mandatory to join and retain status in the military from all men ages 15-25. After age 25 they have the freedom to leave the military but many have decided to stay as the military is one of the highest paying jobs in the country. Currently there is 500 million men in the military. Ganondorf beleives in a very strong and large army for protection of his country. Ganon Province is home to Hyrule-Termina's largest military base. At Camp Ganon there are 150 million militia. The camp has to have its own city just to house all the men. The men at the base also work at the Navy ship yards building submarines and battleships and aircraft carriers. Also there is plants that produce all other military equipment such as tanks, arms, and aircraft, etc.

Mandatory Membership When Ganondorf first came to power in 1889 it was required for everyone ages 18-21 to be in the Ganon Army. In 1945 Ganondorf changed the requirement for ages 16-20. And in 1989 on his 100th anniversary as King he required every man in Hyrule-Termina ages 15-25 to join the army. To gain more troops on March 31, 2007 Ganondorf required every single boy age 10-14 to join immediately. The new age requirement that went into effect is every man age 10-25 must serve in the army. Men must serve their 15 year term in the army or they will be killed.

Nuclear Weapons Ganondorf Dragmire has enough nuclear weapons to destroy the world 200 times. Hyrule-Termina has been under harsh criticism for its illegal nuclear program. Hyrule-Termina is the number one threat to the world. In 2001 the UN tried everything to get Ganondorf to disarm. They even tried to go to war against Hyrule-Termina in 2002 but lost in 1 day due to Ganondorf's massive army. Now most countries fear doing anything against Ganondorf because of his power.

Alliances Ganondorf has found himself very popluar with anti-West nations such as Iran, Syria and North Korea. They see Ganondorf has a strong asset due to his fearsome power. It is known that Ganondorf gave Iran nuclear weapons in 2007. Ganondorf's ultimate hope is for the Arabs and west to destroy themselves while he can become even more powerful. Many beleive Ganondorf will take over the world sometime in the very near future. Some have even gone on to say Ganondorf is the anti-Christ. This could very well be true due to all the events he has caused.

World War III Many Hylian prophecies beleive WWIII will start within the next year and that Hyrule-Termina and Iran will destroy the United States. Then Ganondorf will send mass armies to Tehran to takeover Iran. It is then said Ganondorf will attack every other nation in the Middle East easily conquering each nation due to their weakness after the short Nuclear war between Iran and the USA. After conquering the Middle East Ganondorf's troops will go into Europe and Asia and destroy them. World War III's initial death toll will be well over 3 billion people bringing the planets 10 billion population down to just 7 billion people with at least 3 billion of them residing in Hyrule-Termina. After Ganondorf control's North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia the final battle will take place against New Hyrule. New Hyrule will prove to be Ganondorf's greatest challenge as the Royal Family has had time to become very powerful. Also many refugees live in New Hyrule and will want revenge. Ultimately Ganondorf will win. It is beleived that January 1, 2008 will mark a new time where Ganondorf Dragmire will be known as King of Earth.

The Hero of Earth In 2089 after 81 years of peace on Earth there will be a young boy at age 17 who will go to destroy Ganondorf. It will have been 300 years since the Hero of Time saved Hyrule. This new hero garbed in green will be known as the Hero of Earth. His name will be Link named after all the other Hero's who saved Hyrule or tried to. Link will gain support of millions of people and will destroy Ganon's army. Much of the planet will be left uninhabital due to nuclear radiation. There will be a final battle of ancient Hyrulian Sword fighting between King Ganondorf Dragmire and Link on the top of Ganondorf's Palace in Ganondorf City. After the battle Ganondorf will fall and the Ancient 7 sages will return to lock Ganondorf into the Twilight Realm for eternity. After Ganondorf is sealed in the twilight realm, the earth will be freed. But even though it will be 2089 people will have to live like they did 300 years ago because of the mass destuction of Earth. All infrasturcture will have been destroyed and people will have to restart everying. Luckily some parts of the planet will be free of radiation. Following the victory of Link the Goddesses will once again flood the Earth to cleanse it from the radiation and destruction of WWIII. It will rain for 40 days and 40 nights and the people will have to evacuate to the highest points throughout the planet. People will also have to build arcs to save the remaining animals. After the flood waters disappear the people will be able to return to the lands. Except that everybody on the planet will be stuck in the past even though its 2090. It will be like it is 1600 and people will have to rebuild everything.
