Icěkrěa is an Ijihiu settlement in Arctic Kirav. It is modernized in technological terms, but retains all Ijihu cultural aspects. The main purpose of the community is to sell goods from nearby camps and villages, provide services to them, and serve as an outpost for Coscivs to trade with Ijihu.
