Sir Ilya Rumoniv is the main representative of the island Dimlandia to King William Evans of The Theocracy of Melixia. He is half Russian and half Melixian, thereby making him the first multi-racial official representative in Melixia's history. Born in the small southern Dimlandic village of Manuscripta, Ilya Rumoniv was born to Maachiia Gratyn Rumoniv and Vladimir Gorbovich Rumoniv. He grew up a poor child and was traumatized as a young boy when witnessing the deaths of his older brothers after a coal mining accident.
