The son of High Queen Silina III and Lord Andaer of Othilia; direct descendant of the First High King of Little India, Ithilanor.
Ithilanor was King from the death of his mother, High Queen , and he has now been High King and Holy Emperor of Little India and New Italy for a total of 49 years, and at the time of print, was 49 years of age. Lord Andaer died before He was born, and after His Mother died in childbirth, Ithilanor was left orphaned. Oddly, no regency was established. He was born on Andar/1/40,000, and as the 1,000th Sovereign, was considered to be special.
