Ivory City is the capital city of The Most Serene Republic of Phantasien. It's main landmark (pictured above) is the Ivory Tower, one of the tallest man made structures in the world and houses the Empress. The city is home to all of the politicians, diplomats, and higher intellectuals of the nation.
