Jakob was only a child of ten when his parents, members of the rebel group The Emancipation from Villainous Despots Front, fled his home in the tiny town of Harlen in The Holy Empire of Phag the Destructor. Upon reaching the age of fifteen, Jakob graduated from his secondary school a full two years early, having excelled in his Politics studies. After graduating with full honours he was nominated as a Mayoral Candidate by the local chapter of the Thundering Democracy Party. Jakob won a hard fought victory and became mayor of Wintonburg, the capitol of The Rogue Nation of ATLON, under the campaign, "People are People, Down with Misunderstanding."
After his fifth year as mayor (In Winstonburg mayors are allowed one five-year term of service) Jakob successfully ran for National Dignitary of ATLON, winning by a landslide due to the extremely popular policies he put in place in his run as mayor. Jakob Rapaljae is the youngest person to ever be elected into this highest office.
