The Joint Reign Act was passed on January 20th, 2006 by the parliaments of Baranxtu, Cikoutimi and Otea.
It came into effect four days later and declared thal all countries that previously only had Ateni Meinaratu Ŋuri-Eilari as head of state now also recognize Iðari Nemuritu Alifi-Neurani as his equal co-regent.
A similar ruling shall apply to their successors only if they specifically issue an according statement.
