Kallendor is quite a diverse state.It has a beatiful north, an arid and desolate south, plains to the west, and major cities along the Aalsan River in the east. It also has a large Tæçß population. The state's name was changed from Aalsan in 2000, beacause when the Fender Benderian explorers traveled down the Aalsan River, they asked the native Tæçßs what the name of the land was. They replied 'Œñssáân', which sounds like 'Aalsan', which, uncannily similar to the story of the Yucatan Peninsula, means 'I don't know what you're saying' in Tæçß. In 2000, a translator asked a Tæçß what his ancestors really would've replied if they know what the explorers were saying. It turned out to be 'KŒñendöÐ', which sounds like 'Kallendor'. KŒñendöÐ means 'Land of many faces'.
