The Holy Empire of Kawaroo (also known as Kawaroo) is a small, environmentally stunning & socially progressive nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons and renowned for its absence of drug laws. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 10 million enjoy extensive civil rights and a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

Kawaroo's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region, it is illegal to make racist remarks in public, meat-eating is frowned upon and college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys. Crime is relatively low and well under control. Kawaroo's national animal is the Panther, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Xenon.
