A large Empire located on the south-western tip of the Alliance of Honourable tip, Kegmenistan prides itself upon it's enormous manufacturing capactiy and sprawling armed forces.

Almost the entire mainland of Kegmenistan consists of desert. With enormous temperatures and the only rain falling constantly during the month of December very little tends to survive the awfully harsh climate. There are many environmental hazzards which the people have had to learn to overcome. Unbearable heat is prevalent between the months of March - August and to travel into the deserts almost guarantees a slow and painful death through sunstroke. During the month of December an enormous cold front crosses the ocean from the west causing a large sweep of heavy rain and tropical storms to croass the entire mainland. These storms cause widespread flooding.

The Empire was formed after a rather violent split from it's previous occupiers Yew Island. Since the end of the civil conflict in the year of 1803 the country, along with the support of it's neighbours, and eventually, Yew Island, the Empire has grown from strength to strength and is now a competing industrial power and enjoys a very high standard of living for almost all of it's citizens.

The government is formed up of the Emperor (currently using his previous title of Commissar) and 5 other regional delegates. These delegates are voted for by the local cities that fall under their jurisdiction. The regions are the North, South, East, West and Central Districts. Voting is by a Second Ballot System every 5 years. The Emperor is also chosen using the SBS and is put in place for the duration of their lifetime.

The arms and automobile manufacturing, uranium mining and glassware production industries lead the countries expansive manufacturing industries (with it's glassware being credited as the best in the region).

Kegmenistan has granted the aid of it's armed forces to the ADF and it is often called upon to help nations during floods due to their expertise in this field.
