King Siroc is the ruler of Sirocco. His usual attire is a rather fine cloak, a crown made of crépe paper (the story behind this is long, uninteresting, and probably made up), a sword he inherited from his father in a scabbard which bears the Royal crest of Sirocco - the sandstorm.

Siroc isn't very good at governing the country and doesn't bother with it much - something his aides and ministers have been trying to maintain for years. Indeed his last attempts at diplomacy ended up in a war and the events detailed in the Siroc & Newsted saga.
