King Sven Lloyd David Nobenfelt 1694-1777. 57th king of Popeleoma Del Signe. Official Title: His Royal Majesty King of the Popleomas and its Lands.

Overview

Born In South Troyes, Sven grew up and gained an education at the Hulley School of Letters and Science. He was a gifted and talented child being able to play violin at age 10 and writing several pieces at age 18. At age 20, he was interested in politics and passed his BAR test at the head of his class, even though, he did not attend law school. After the death of John VI, Sven attended a council meeting for the election of a new king. He was picked as the candidate uninamously and by 1722, he was King.

His Rule

Very few records still exist of his rule, but he was well loved by most of the population. In 1734, He ordered the razing of 4 large cities to be rebuilt in current and modern times. To enable the installment of sewage systems and proper water systems. The Gamewald Locks were also built during his reign to prevent boats from sailing into Lake Scharnon. Today, these locks remain open.
