On December 11, 2006, the five-hundered millionth Kiravian was born. This gave Kirav a giant leap ahead in the international community, and merited a federal holiday and a festival in San Xaviero.

History

Kirav began as a colony of Coscivia, and became the most prominant Coscivian nation after Coscivia's demise. The first settlers arrived in the year 27470 of the Coscivian calendar. The fist permanent settlement was constructed near the mouth of the Kiygrav River. Kirav expanded over the continent of Sovereignia's western region, encompassing 47 political subdivisions. Kiravwas involved in a war with the neighboring country, of Æonara, until the latter was finally brought to peace. As a stable nation, Kirav has formed a total of 7 colonies. Iscova, Scæve, Svit-Kona, Evergreena, Westcoastmar, Khakia, and Ceuvara. Lateley Kirav has been involved militarily with Brarock ending in the conquest of the latter.

Geography

Kirav occupies most of western Sovereignia, and controls territory on northwestern Calienta. Several mountain ranges span the nation, providing enormous mineral wealth. 7 rivers flow through Kirav, the Siber, the Osèll, the D————, the Erbríll, the Êilid, the Coin, the Kildar, and the Këlm.

Climate

The Cœšŧ-Rêan mountains are a coastal range of mountains. These mountains provide a moist climate for Northwest Kirav. Southwest kirav has a Mediterranean climate, while Subarctic, Laurentian, and oceanic Moist areas are common covering most of Kirv in forest.
