The Kurona Military is an intresting military. Unlike most militaries, this army has strangely blended a lot of past technology with modern technology. Due to the lack of modernization of Kurona, Kurona has either taken armes or been given arms by it's allies to protect it's self. Kurona's forces serve primarly as a self-defense force and not an attack force.

The navy is of the oldest branch of the armed forces and is the most diverse. Women are more widley accepted and so are younger people. The Navy also brings in thrill seekers with the Quad Monthly Xanadou Tour which is a patroll of the entire Xanadou region. Each 4th Month the Navy of Kurona will set out for all corners of the region, to ensure safety in the region and stability. They root out terror cells, piracy cells and drop exiled prisoners off on island or pick them up in some cases if alive. Rookie sailors are often put aboard the HMS Raven (Classic) which is the oldest ship in the fleet. It still goes by sail power and requires full time maning. Unlike most modernships, it's very much subject to the roughness of the seas.
