Kyle Irvine Lambourne is currently the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Brutland and Norden to The South Pacific. He also holds the position of Deputy Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs.

Background

Lambourne was born in the town of Pennsburgh, grant of Timberland/Marchòcchiese, province of Brutland, to Matthew and Heather Lambourne. He is of pure English ancestry and is bilingual in both English and Nord-Brutlandese. He is also named after King Kyle the Fair, whom he shares his birthdate with.

Kyle Lambourne was educated in the elite St. George’s Academy in Timberland. He entered the Royal Naval Academy of Brutland and Norden, finishing third in his class. He was given the rank of sabrietto (commander) after finishing. He was assigned to command the frigate LVS Palatina, the flagship of the Eleventh Fleet stationed at Timberland Naval Base.

He met his wife, Charlotte, in Timberland City. They married in 1998, and had three sons: Chester, Malcolm, and Bryce. Charlotte had a double major in Political Science and International Relations and was working as the chairperson of the local chapter of the Popular Party.

Politics

With the deep unpopularity of the PDS government of Borio Drasella, the local Popular Party started drafting candidates for the constituency of Marchòcchiese Norda (North Timberland). His wife put Kyle forward as a candidate: having a military background in a constituency with a substantial military population, having deep roots in the area, and being new to politics at a time when incumbents are being looked negatively. It took some convincing for Kyle to be coaxed to stand as the PP candidate. He defeated his primary opponent 90%-10%.

So as not to be accused of having a conflict of interest, Lambourne asked to be removed from active service and instead be transferred to the Naval Reserves. It was speculated that it is either Lambourne or Kail Brecchio, another military man, would be tapped as Minister of Defense by PP leader Marianna Cortanella should the party win. (Ultimately Brecchio would get the job.)

Lambourne was elected by a huge majority in North Timberland. As MP, he is found to be allied with Brecchio in military affairs. He also expressed some concern about the region. He, along with MP Cestre l’E. Montòccegliano (PP, Vilònordà Sordosta - Píarmognazzo - Sint'Angelo di l’Ollino) urged Foreign Minister di Sint’Brullizio to open Missions abroad.

Di Sint’Brullizio took their advice and made Lambourne and Montòccegliano Deputy Ministers for the Region and for the United Nations, respectively.

Assignment

When di Sint’brullizio opened the Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom of Brutland and Norden to The South Pacific, he immediately nominated Lambourne for the post. The House of Lords confirmed him immediately, and the Nord-Brutlandese Mission to The South Pacific became the first Nord-Brutlandese mission abroad.

Lambourne actively represents the county in The South Pacific.
