The ancient city of Lebrkyo, meaning "Free City", was founded in 1 FE by the Footballian refugees fleeing the Islamic Caliphate. While it is no longer important practical, it retains a significant historical importance, as it was the first city in the new land and under much threat from the natives. The city is at the mouth of the Loçñal Rebç, or "Footballian River". Just a few miles up the river is the capital of Loçñalkyo, a bustling metropolis. Many people from the capital vacation in Lebrkyo or visit for the weekend, as it has truly beautiful views. The Loçñal Klims are significant cliffs reaching down into Lake Bekk on either side of the river, and the city is built on both sides, with several large bridges spanning the canyon. It is also a place where many come to kayak, as the canyon creates a myriad of Class III-V rapids before emptying into the lake.
