The People's Republic of Liberal Robenia

The People's Republic of Liberal Robenia is a huge, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its punitive income tax rates. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 244 million enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 94%, and even higher for the wealthy. A large private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Book Publishing and Arms Manufacturing.

The government funds large training centres to turn Emkaynifos into functioning members of society, skateparks can be found in every city, the government is a clear-cut case of tyranny by majority, and eight year-olds can be seen lighting up in public areas. Crime is totally unknown. Liberal Robenia's national animal is the Emkaynifo, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the EMOR.
