The People's Republic of Liberal Robenia is a nation of some size within the world of Nationstates, which used to be free and open to everyone. Its position in Rogipstania is somewhat secure, as being a reasonable nation within the region.

Government

The government of Liberal Robenia was once free and open to any individual living in the nation. Nowadays, it is governed by a leading fascist who serves as the Liberal Robenian Congress Chancellor.

The Congress is dominated by Fascist Party leaders. The congress, which holds 100 seats (95 of whom are part of the Fascist Party, 5 are of the Socialist Party), are elected by the commonwealth states. There are ten commonwealth states which elect ten representatives. The leader of the Congress, Hitro Lerber, was elected by a landslide versus the Nationalist Presidential Nominee Robert Bettis, who was endorsed by the Socialist Party. Bettis has since mysteriously dissappeared.

Hitro Lerbert has improved the country, strangly enough, by improving the economy. He has also strenghtened the military, which has introduced a new fighter bomber aircraft, the RFB-22.

Local Government

Local government is of the poeple of the commonwealth states. Each commonwealth state is divided per every perish. A perish is atleast 5000 people. Each perish has two representatives whom serve four years.

Entertainment

Sports are used highly for entertainment. One of the most popular of sports is baseball, which is nearly a national religion. Other sports are played including basketbell, American football, football (soccer), gold, etc.

Technology also has an influence and many Robenians find themselves on the internet or watching TV everyday.

Area and Climate

Liberal Robenia is about the size of modern day Canada. It's coastline stretches for many miles. The climate is mostly cold all year, with a short summer. The land is maily flat which a very large mountain range (Robenian Mountain range) from the southwest to northeast. A large river also runs through the land from the north to south, the Liberal Robenian Congress has recently changed the name from the Bettissippi river to the Lerbissippi River. Natural disasters include hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes.

People

The people of Liberal Robenia are very nice and healthy, thanks to the very progressive heathcare policies. It was also home to the longest living person in ten years, Martha Homer, who lived to be 119 years old. The population is mostly made of of individuals 1-18 (67%) and the ratio of females to males is roughly 1.5:1.

Economy

The economy is powerful and growing due to the strong currency and new policies protecting business. Only rougly 7% of people are unemployed. Trade remains strong due to the great anvances in technology and transportation. The people of Liberal Robenia, although, pay a 100% tax rate, which is then divided into the government priorites. The people are then given a certian amount of spending money. Trade and currency is strictly regulated by the government.
