Libertae et Fratro, the regional flag of The Dominion
Libertae et Fratro is the flag of The Dominion. In latin it means Liberty and Brotherhood. If you look at the flag itself you see an eagle and a crown along with the laurel. The eagle represents freedom and libery, the crown and laurel represent not only the many kingdoms and empires that dotted the land in the past but the deep sence of brotherhood that went hand in hand with those people.
