Liberty City

Liberty City, located only 100 kilotems in from the Western border of Liberty United, is the glorious capital and permanent home to the ruling Department of Law & Order.

Founded after discovery of a precious dimurald mine, the once proud mining town became the capital city after the mine closed. Having drawn in a large population, and having created a large gambling-based economy, the city already had the infrastructure to support the small government.
