Prime Minister is the title of Head of State and Head of Government of Billopesha. It was established after the Political War in 2006 when Richard VI abdicated, the [[List of Billopeshian monarchsmonarchy|]] was abolished and a republic was founded. There was a period from then until January 2007 when the Senate had leadership over Billopesha. The first general election was held on 13th January 2007 to decide the first Prime Minister.
