This is a list of NationStates Passport Codes, which is a sub-page of the Nation codes article. This list may be regulated by the United Nations Commision for Passport Design and Control (UNCPDC) and/or affected by the status of UN Resolution 226, otherwise known as the Passport Standardisation Act.

Notes

  • Since there are so many NS nations, the suggested standard passport code is 4 alphabetical characters long to prevent other nations from having the same passport code. Eg: ABCD
  • As an 'I' (capital i) and 'l' (lower case L) look similar, please use the <code></code> for the passport codes.
  • Please check the "By Code" section to see whether your desired passport code has been already been taken before you update this list.
  • Disputes should go in the Talk:List of Passport Codes.
  • Shortcut codes to updating this list can also be found under the talk page.
