Liverpool England MSHPC Tropical Weather Updates

Before a depression is recognised, it is usually tagged an "INVEST" storm - an area of low pressure with the potential to strengthen into a cyclone. INVESTs are tracked by the MSHPC's satellite bureau in Kompa Ru or the Warning sub-bureau in Cyclonesville with advisories, called Tropical Weather Updates effective 2144 (formerly known as INVEST tracker), on potential systems every 6 hours.

A trial run took place during February 2145 of issuances in Liverpool England's two other official languages, French and German, but both were rejected.

During the off-season, TWUs are only issued when there are active tropical cyclones or a high chance (above 50%) of formation of one. During the season, especially during anti-peaks of the season, the MSHPC may decide to reduce the frequency of TWU issuances to once a week.

THE MSHPC IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION DOUGLAS NEAR
LANDFALL IN THE WESTERN TERRITORIES OF LIVERPOOL ENGLAND.

NO TROPICAL CYCLONE ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED ELSEWHERE THROUGH THE END OF THE
SEASON. THE FINAL TROPICAL WEATHER UPDATE OF THE SEASON WILL BE ISSUED AT
9 PM HPT SEPTEMBER 30.

THE NEXT TWU WILL BE ISSUED BY THE MET SERVICE IN FOLENISA AT 9 PM HPT. 

THE NEXT SCHEDULED TWU TO BE ISSUED BY THE MSHPC HQ IN OREAN IS AT
3 PM HPT TOMORROW.
