Lorell District

Lorell, with 4% of the total population, was the old capital of Shinaria before it was united. It was home to pirates who made the entire region quite unstable. When the other regions united against them and defeated them, Lorell finally got to know peace and has enjoyed it ever since. Nowadays, Lorell is an important district for economy which holds the more bureaucratic side of the Shinari Economy].
