Dyelli Beybian Generalfeldmarshall of the Dyelli Beybian Provicial Army and SS, now in his 60s. Thought of as a keen military thinker, he commanded at the Battle of Bath and was elected leader of the joint Klatchian Army during the Dozle War (despite Dyelli Beybi's lack of active participation in the war).
Was once a Privy Councillor for the Federation, but was sacked due to his part in the Socialist oprising which led to the Dyelli Beybian Civil War.
