Maximilian as Emperor

Maximilian IV came to the Throne in his early thirties after his father died of stomach cancer. The Emperor has done little during his reign to strengthen Eriitia on the world stage militaristically, however, he has not failed to bring Eriitia into an age of economical prosperity. He is the first Ausgustyniev emperor to except a state visit from the Roman Catholic Pope since the Eriitian Schism in 1779.

He is a well liked and highly respected sovereign and is fluent in English, Swedish, Hebrew, and Quenya. Maximilian IV, also reformed general elections allowing all citizens to vote and is the first Eriitian emperor to vote himself.

Titular Titles

After the fall of the Dracorian monarchy and the execution of all Dracorian royalty the Imperial House of Eriitia, the Augustynievs, became the soul heir to Dracoriana. In 2004, Maximilian crowned himself the King of Dracoriana, to the much distain of the new anti-monarchist socialist government of Dracoriana.

Eriitian monarchs claim the throne of Morravia along with Gavleborg-Uppsala. Morravia was occupied for 100 years, first under Gavleborg-Uppsala then under Eriitia. However, neither monarchy will give up their claim to the now free Morravia.

Family

Maximilian IV married Dracorian born princess Yvette when he was twenty-two, reports indicate that their marriage is a happy and loving one, even though, it was arranged.

The Emperor and the Empress have been married for over forty years and have a loving and faithful marriage. They have thirteen children:
