A football player who competed in the World Cup as part of the team from the People’s Democratic Social Republic of Ariddia, the World Cup founder.

One of the great names of the early years of Ariddian football. Boulanger captained Ariddia's team from World Cup 1 to World Cup 4, subsequent to which he retired. His successors as captain so far have been Ranjit Khan (WC 5-10), Wn Wahd (WC 11), Ue Alt (WC 25-28) and Sandrine Leduc (WC 29). Boulanger's greatest achievement was leading his team to the quarter-finals in World Cup 2.

Today, this icon of a bygone era is long-since dead, and the records of his epoch are fragmentary and faded. His name, alone, remains a reference.
