Beyond the fact that this weapon is rumoured to be particuarly devastating, and thus is not likely to ever (again) even be used by the ICEL, very little indeed is known about the mono-molecular flux lash devices.
It is however known that there are several orbital assets carrying these devices inside ICEL Earth Orbital Space, directly above the Commonality. It is also known that the MMFL is specifically designed as a fleet-killing weapon, but it is unclear how it works or what its exact design is.
According to unconfirmed reports, the MMFL was once deployed against Imperial Forces(?) warships in orbit, destroying a number at a stroke. See also: E-cannons, Wank
