The #NationStates IRC channel serves the purpose to discuss and plan RPs Out-of-Character, compare designs, and generally discuss NationStates--related matters. It is usually the biggest NS channel on EsperNet. But if you follow the channel rules, do not lie about your position in the US military and resist the temptation to flame the everliving hell out of the operators (no matter how much they annoy you), you can get along fine.
