This channel serves the purpose to discuss and plan RPs Out-of-Character. It is the biggest NationStates related channel on Esper, known for its strict rule of the moderators and its enourmous banlist. But if you follow the channel rules, do not lie about your position in the US military and resist the temptation to flame the everliving hell out moderators (no matter how much they annoy you), you can get along fine.
