Navarre Blood Pact

The Navarre Blood Pact was the treaty signed between representatives of the twelve great Clanns of the Freestian vampires and Midlonian colonists on June 24th 1696, that founded and defined human-vampire relations in the Mainland colony and later the Freethinker Commonwealth. The treaty established many of the vampiric institutions and organisational bodies including the Council of Navarrok and the two fighting Orders as well as encapsulating the notion of overall vampire submission to human dominance in return for protection.
