Neon Heights is a city within Mushy Pea; Mushy Peans noble enough to earn the title of Emir, but not devout enough to enter the capital, reside in the city. Known as Neon Heights for is glorious green hills of the day, and the glowing Pure Blue/Violet flora which bud each night. Neon Heights is where the nation Zorbing Championships are held every two years.
