Neonne is the replacement nation for the republic of Eonne. At the moment Neonne is considered a "New York Times Democracy", though the leader of Neonne is not sure what this means. Neonne is located in the Region of Thorin, which is notable for it's surplus of valuable minerals, such as gold. As do all nation of Thorin, Neonne's leader comes from the GameCheetz forum. Just like Eonne, Neonnes national animal is the yeti. Oddly enough, the people of Neonne considered the notion to mass produce yeti burgers. Yeti burgers were quickly banned from the nation. Neonne has a good economy, very good civil rights, and superb political freedoms. Neonne has the third lowest tax rate in the nation, making it a great place to live if you're low on money.
Someone also owns the nation of Ennoe, which is a psychotic dictatorship. Ennoe is considered the exact opposite of Neonne in most everyway. The people of Neonne dislike the way that Someone tortues the citizens in Neonne, but they make sure that Someone doesn't here them say that.
