The NBU Royal Governer of New delfur is a massive, safe nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.498 billion are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

Crime -- especially youth-related -- is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. New delfur's national animal is the horse and its currency is the new britannian pound.
