The New Meritocracy is the second historical capital of the Meritocracy, preceeded by Meritocratic Isles and succeeded by The New Meritocracy. Currently, it is the second Province of the Meritocracy.

History
Main article: History of the Meritocracy
The New Meritocracy, founded by Senator Justin the Brave from Eureka, have been settled after the fall of Meritocratic Isles. The region has prospered for a long time, but it fell victim to a coup d'état of Old Carthage and Evil 4 Life, assisted by the evil tyranny of United Nations. These events were the reason for moving the capital to The New Meritocracy.
