Overview
The Nimalian Constitution of Treaties- or NCT- is not, in strict terms, a constitution of laws for a single nation. It is, actually, a collection of treaties that the Allied states of Nimali follow together. These treaties are seen as the main system binding the four states together.
Pre-Alliance treaties that are still in use
These are the treaties that are seen as the basis of the creation of the Nation of Nimali. It is believed that without these treaties- especially treaty i, the nation of Nimali still wouldn't exist. As a brief note, the Armistice treaty originally included only Altria,Nox and Astantine, but Minari joined at the last minute- being the most war-prone state of the four.
Article i- Armistice Treaty
We, the people of the 4 Nimalian states, Altria, Nox, Astantine and Minari, hereby declare armistice between our four great cities. After the signing of this treaty, we will cancel and not engage in any future acts of aggression towards any other member of this armistice. If any state should decide to come to a feeling of discontent with another, discussions will be started between our four cities, resulting in a negotiable aftermath plan. So, let it be known for this day forth, there will no longer be War Between the States of Altria, Astantine and Minari.
Article ii- Treaty of Free Trade
It has been noted that trade between the peaceful states of Nox and Astantine, through land routes, has been “disturbed” by Minarian people. We propose this treaty to promote fair trade between the states of Nimalian descent. From now on, any type of obstruction of trade, be it Piracy, destruction of trade carts, or any other method putting the lives and goods of traders in danger, will be seen as an act of war of the state(s) associated with the offenders, and therefore will breach the Armistice Treaty.
Article iii- Treaty of Inter-state Assistance
Due to widespread famine and plague in the city-state of Astantine and surrounding controlled villages and towns, inter-state trade has been severely affected; Trade between the four Nimalian cities has considerably slowed down. As Astantine is the most important city in terms of agriculture, and the Nimalian states’ widespread reliance on inter-state trade, it is in all of our best interests to come to an agreement to assist any state which needs assistance in either agriculture, health, or defence. This would put us all at a better position to trade and live in peace and harmony.
Articles for the creation of The Nimalian Alliance
These are by far the most important treaties in the whole constitution. In general, colloquial terms, when people speak of the constitution of Nimali, they refer to these three articles.
Article a- The Altrian Proposition
The great Nimalian city of Altria recognises its fellow Nimalian ancestors as their equals in every way, shape, and form. We believe that it is all of our best interests to form an official alliance, which shall be named the Nimalian Alliance. This alliance shall promote the idea of peace between our peoples, co-operation between our peoples and will help us gain a foothold in the international community that lies beyond our lands. The alliance will be based in each of the cities, Altria, Nox, Astantine and Minari, respectively for five years each. The city that it is hosted in for that term will be in charge of catering for the needs of the alliance, which include transportation and accommodation. Each of the cities will send their leader, or a diplomat who speaks for their leader, to the alliance. The alliance will meet on the first Sunday of every 3 months officially, and impromptu meetings will be called for any important or emergency situations. The alliance will, basically, ensure that the participating states share resources, (be those of produce, military power, gold or any other deemed appropriate by the members) at a fraction of 5% of all the cities own resources- allowing growth of the city and the alliance, and reserves for the alliance for emergency situations etc.
Article b- The Unification Treaty
We, the people of the four states of the Nimalian alliance, Altria, Nox, Astantine and Minari, hereby join together as one nation under the name of Nimali. Let it be known that the Nimalian alliance shall be the official government of the country- and that the states shall stay states- under the direct control of the Alliance. The country shall operate under the treaties previously signed, unless directed not to. However, any issues or rights not controlled by the previous treaties shall be, still, full responsibility of the states themselves, and, unless a new treaty is passed affecting them, shall remain to do so indefinitely.
Article c- The Treaty Controlling the Rights of the Alliance
We, the Nimalian alliance, hereby grant ourselves, with the permission of the people, these following rights, which can be activated with a 3 out of 4 vote- unless specified otherwise:
• The right to uphold any previous laws and treaties passed
• The right to pass any treaty that has been approved by all 4 of the member states
• The right to invoke an income tax of MINIMUM 5%
• The right to go to war/peace with any other nation or group

These are the main laws in the nation. Some of the important ones are listed here, new ones are created almost daily so it wouldn't make sense to list them all.
Treaty of The Death Penalty
In the name of Democracy, we, the leaders of the four states of Nimali, hereby give the police forces in the nation the right to invoke the death penalty to criminals. The states, however, will controll the conditions of invoking this right, and the police force of the states will go to their state government for persmission.
Treaty of Nimali city
The four states of Nimalian ancestry hereby give permssion to the people in the Ninmalian expedition to research in and discover the secrets of the city of Nimali. Also, we admit in the city into the union as our nations capital city.
